Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler has a similar style as The Cinema Snob, but she is more inclined towards obsessively watching dumb action films. The reviewer began her journey in the latter half of 2009 and, after garnering some status through the forums (under the old name Obscurus Lupa) she joined the ranks of the Channel Awesome family. The channel remained part of the site up until January 2015 after which Obscurus Lupa Presents transformed into Movie Nights. She currently hosts two podcasts, one focused on the Charmed series and the second one co-hosted with Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. You can see her videos here and here. There are also her videos on Twitter and Tumblr. Are you bored of Allison? Ninja the Mission Force features her as Interpol Ninja Cheetah. Brad Jones' film Jesus Bro! also starred her. She's appeared in Brad Jones's series Midnight Screenings, usually reviewing terrible children's films as well as RiffTrax Live Shows, as well as occasional adult comedy (such such as Baywatch 2017). When she began reviewing films in 2009 the actress gained popularity through the Channel Awesome forums. Before becoming part of the official group consisting of Channel Awesome reviewers, she gained a lot of attention. There have been numerous appearances on Channel Awesome, from Atop the Fourth Wall up to Phelous & the Movies. She was a part of the Channel Awesome family alongside Doug Walker and often appeared in episodes of the Nostalgia Critic.
