Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful husband JP and the happy-go lucky dad Henry. Many people are familiar with me via my Instagram platform @annephung where I share my life- the good, the bad and everything in between. It was 1990 that my family relocated to America. In the age of one and a quarter I was able to join my parents. My parents were my inspiration and helped me become prosperous. I had a plan in life: go to college graduate land a corporate job, get married, buy an apartment and have children. The lifestyle I had planned for me wasn't what it turned out to be. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that it difficult to accept my job. Even though the compensation and position was good but I did not feel that the work was satisfying. It was more like I was doing nothing but wasting time. The passion I have for fitness as well as my passion for socializing with others led me to pursue a new career as a personal trainer. The year 2014 was the year I began my business on the side and in this year 2021 I will be celebrating my 7th birthday. There are a few Asian females working in the field. As an instructor, my aim is to motivate others and empower them to live a healthier and enjoyable life by establishing healthy and sustainable living styles that meet every person's individual needs and desires. Additionally, I want to encourage others to go after their dreams and do all they wish to do in their life. While my career was taking the air I also lost my mom. This loss is the hardest of everything. The eight years she fought battle with the disease. She is now resting in Heaven, and I keep her in my heart. If you don't realize the signs at first, God is a way of providing us with what we truly require. It was my mother's abrupt death that altered my life forever. And I really believe it gave me an opportunity to experience life. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. It was now time to go on to the next chapter of her life as well as my opportunity to lead one that was meaningful and enjoyable. My 30's are the first time I really feel I'm living my life. My story is made available to my readers so that I am able to be able to share my stories and thoughts. This can help you know you're not alone. You are capable of accomplishing anything you wish in your life. Therapy is essential as is regular. Health is the best asset. My hope is that you will live life fully and that your final resting place is not a regret, because that's all you can count on for the rest of our lives.
