Richard B. Cheney is famous American businessman, public servant as well as a politician. Cheney was well-known in Washington's political scene. George W. Bush would be his fourth U.S. President. Richard Bruce Cheney was born in Lincoln Nebraska on January 30 1941, the child of Richard Herbert Cheney and the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. When he was 13 years old, he emigrated along with his parents into Casper in the western region of Wyoming and his father was the director of the local district of soil conservation to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
